Field Account Manager

As a Field Account Manager at Clae Goldman Team, you will play a crucial sales role by directly engaging with potential customers, managing client accounts, and driving new business. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, selling, and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction while meeting and exceeding sales goals. Compensation:$75,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Actively sell community solar and third-party energy solutions through direct interactions with customers in designated territories.
- Manage and grow your portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and that they understand the benefits of our green energy solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and recommendations.
- Identify and close new business opportunities by upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing accounts.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Educate customers on the benefits of switching to sustainable energy options to help them save on energy costs.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop new strategies for growing the client base and expanding into new markets.
- Sales-Driven: A proven track record of success in sales, with a passion for closing deals and building customer relationships.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly present the value of our services and effectively engage with customers.
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Highly driven to meet and exceed sales targets, with a proactive approach to client management.
- Customer-Focused: Committed to delivering excellent service and building lasting client relationships.
- Previous Sales Experience: 2+ years in sales, account management, or a related field is preferred, though not required. We provide training for the right candidates.
