Description:
+ Oversee the monthly financial statement closing process and the generation of financial statements.
+ Manage the reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts on a regular basis.
+ Oversee accounts payable processing for all entities
+ Oversee invoicing process for all entities
+ Oversee accounts receivable for all entities
+ Heavy User of WinTeam Financial ERP platform
+ Primary interface with Team Financial on operating issues
+ Maintain Team Financial Systems (ERP) for security and accounts
+ Maintain licensing for vehicles for all entities
+ Work with external auditors to prepare annual reports
+ Support tax planning and reporting requirements
+ Other duties as assigned

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
+ Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance

+ Strong understanding of general accepted accounting principles (GAAP), business practices, and management principles
+ Ability to mentor team members
+ Strong focus on customer service
+ Prior leadership/management experience in related field
+ Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
+ Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
+ Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and reprioritize projects quickly as needed
