Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling services
  • Prospect for new business, utilizing a variety of techniques to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Deliver effective sales presentations, negotiating and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to best position Cumulus Media in the marketplace
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in media sales, preferably in a radio or digital media environment
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and pipeline management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong understanding of digital media platforms, including social media, streaming, and online advertising
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
