Job description : Act as the primary point of contact for customers on a daily basis. Manage freight acceptance, fulfill commitments, and identify SPOT opportunities. Collaborate with your team to effectively handle load volumes and ensure successful execution. Develop comprehensive knowledge of customer accounts, including shipping points and receiving points, to identify potential opportunities. Conduct outbound cold calls to generate new leads. Close new accounts and upsell existing accounts. Qualifications : Possesses a minimum of 2 years of experience in FTL (Full Truckload) freight brokerage. Demonstrates knowledge of pricing and negotiation strategies. Has experience with FTL operations, including Dry Van, Reefer, and Flatbed. Exhibits leadership qualities to mentor and train new hires. Displays strong problem-solving abilities, quick thinking, and sound business judgment. Shows high motivation and determination in pursuing and closing business opportunities
