This role is responsible for recording shipping orders on the computer system, labeling items, and packing items into containers for shipping. The Material Coordinator ensures that all items are packed, labeled, and recorded appropriately in preparation for transport.

- Request quotes and execute competitive bids.
- Provide support to internal and external customers on parts specifications and proposals.
- Record all material transactions details on the computer system.
- Pack items into crates, pallets, and carbon boxes for shipping.
- Label package with all vital information.
- Monitor inventory critical levels and replenish units as needed thru ERP system.
- Monitor suppliers' deliveries.
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean and neat.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- A high school qualification or equivalent.
- Customer service experience.
- Prior shipping experience.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or a relevant field.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office; including Excel, Word, Outlook
- Flexible work hours.
- Ability to lift items and containers.
- Ability to operate warehouse vehicles such as forklifts and pallet jack.
- Experience with ERP system is a plus.
- Ability to multitask.
