What you will do:

  • Implement and maintain security controls, configurations, and protocols to fortify organizational defenses and protect digital assets.
  • Support incident response, secure configuration, and deployment of security best practices to architecture, ensuring the resilience of organizational defenses.
  • Act as a liaison with the business to provide security consultation and guidance on security configuration for acquisitions.
  • Manage security logging and event management systems to ensure timely detection and response to security threats.
  • Provide support for security incidents and emergencies, ensuring swift resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Collaborate with teams to contain and mitigate security breaches during incident response.
  • Assist in the seamless integration of new acquisitions into our IT infrastructure, including IT profile creation, transition planning, and ongoing support.
  • Conduct tenant-to-tenant email mailbox migrations with O365, Google Workspace, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining accuracy.
  • Develop and implement IT onboarding procedures for acquisitions, optimizing efficiency and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Analyze networking systems, equipment, and policies of new acquisitions, proposing solutions aligned with organizational standards and best practices.
What we look for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in technology, with a focus on security operations, engineering, and IT integration projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in security controls, configurations, and protocols.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
