Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Solutions Engineer to enhance our Technology team, specifically focusing on a Master Data Management (MDM) application.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze new source data and party roles.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, test, and refine validation, cleansing, standardization, and matching rules.
- Evaluate source system data to establish and refine data quality rules for master data.
- Design and configure data integrations using Informatica MDM.
- Manage issue resolution and demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Enhance logical and physical data models based on new requirements from various data sources and types.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in MDM implementation.
- At least 4 years of experience with Informatica Power Center.
- Proficient in Oracle SQL/PLSQL for 4+ years.
- 2+ years of experience in Java development.
- Subject matter expertise in the Financial Industry, particularly in areas such as Dealer, branch, advisor, and RIA.
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience.

Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with data quality tools.
- Experience with data cleansing and standardization using mappings and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to design and build Java business services for integration with Informatica MDM using Services Integration Framework (SIF).
- Experience working as part of an Agile SCRUM team.
