What You’ll Do Create and manage project plans for various marketing and event activities Organize marketing activities to promote events Manage event schedule and coordinate resources and travel required for events Receive and respond to questions and concerns from event attendees Create new events and manage activities for events Develop and implement policies, procedures, and staff training Coordinate and plan logistics for events Manage event schedule and coordinate travel Organize and order necessary marketing materials for events Track and report on event spending and budgeting Cross-department collaboration between accounting, application, marketing, and production Assist sales, marketing, production, accounting, and application teams with projects as directed Skills and Abilities Required Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
