Since our inception in 1986, we have graded and authenticated countless items. Our workforce exceeds 1,700 individuals across our headquarters and various offices worldwide.

Collectors is in search of a Field Marketing Coordinator to join our Network and Partner Marketing team, assisting in the planning and execution of our engaging Drop-Off Events in collaboration with local card shops and other industry partners. The ideal candidate will have a background in event management, outstanding organizational abilities, a passion for collectibles, and experience in customer service.

This position reports to the Director of Network and Partner Marketing within the Marketing division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Strategy: Formulate and implement detailed strategies for Drop-Off events in alignment with Collectors' and PSA's goals, ensuring significant brand visibility.
  • Event Planning: Manage all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, logistics, venue selection, vendor coordination, and the creation of event timelines for a variety of Drop-Off Events.
  • Marketing Integration: Work alongside the marketing team to ensure that event marketing strategies are cohesive with overall marketing objectives, covering pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including card shop proprietors, industry partners, vendors, collectors, and the Operations and Customer Care teams to guarantee successful event execution.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for events and provide regular updates on event performance, return on investment (ROI), and participant feedback.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in event planning or coordination, preferably with significant exposure to trade shows and conventions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • A creative thinker and problem solver with an innovative mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing several projects concurrently.
  • Willingness to travel for event attendance as necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PPT, Word, Excel) and Google Docs.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for collectibles and familiarity with the PSA and PCGS authentication and grading processes.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this role is $54,761-$70,000, with actual compensation varying based on several non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set. This position may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation.
