Customer Service Representative Position type: Full-time Manufacturing Location: Duties and Responsibilities Parco is looking for an experienced anddriven Customer Service Representative to perform the below duties and responsibilities: Review customer purchase order requirements and translate them into SAP sales orders with clear instructions that can be actioned by internal depts. Responsible for all order management activities (e.g. order entry, pricing info, delivery information, status updates, expedites, and order/schedule changes). Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer’s, Sales, and internal depts through open and interactive professional communication. Act as liaison between the organization and the customer. Provide proactive information, answer questions, and resolve emerging sales order problems, delays, and escalations . Respond to and follow up on RFQs. Guide customer’s to the best overall material solutions. Work closely with cross functional depts to manage customer satisfaction levels from time of order placement through order fulfillment delivery of customer purchase orders. Intake and manage customer complaints and requests for material returns. Under established guidelines, act independently communicating policy and procedures. Other related duties as required. Qualifications 3 years of customer service experience within a manufacturing environment. Strong interpersonal and phone skill sets. Must possess strong math skills, including but not limited to, multiplication and division of all units of measure. Extremely organized with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude. Effective, professional communication style, both oral and written.
