Responsibilities:

This position requires a flexible individual with experience in new product development. This position requires an individual familiar with all phases of product development and deployment to include changing requirements, hardware, software, and mechanical integration dependencies, implementation realities, validation and verification, field testing, configuration management, and production transition.

Lead the system engineering processes in support of product development to include requirements generation, decomposition, traceability through implementation, verification, and validation. Collaborate with Program Management and Technical Leadership to manage the systems engineering process throughout the development cycle. Work with customer to generate, review, and approve required systems engineering artifacts. Work with Production team to develop production level requirements to ensure manufacturability and sustainability. Perform systems analysis in support of requirements development and verification. Consolidate and normalize systems engineering data and information from across a team with multiple engineering disciplines. Support all phases of detailed system and subsystem development activities for embedded applications, including upfront analysis, prototyping, end item development and evaluation in laboratory and field test environments. Lead by example to enforce systems engineering process and methodologies. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team locally and across physical locations. Required Qualifications:

Minimum BS in engineering discipline (i.e., electrical, mechanical, systems, etc.) with 8+ years of industry experience Experience with the following areas:

Completing the systems engineering lifecycle in more than one project/product Radar and/or electronic warfare product development Systems engineering tools and modeling software (i.e., DOORS, Cameo, etc.)

U.S Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a secret level DoD clearance. Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated technical leadership and subject matter expertise. Experience performing system engineering functions within LRIP, EMD, and/or Production USG programs. Experience using Product Lifecycle Management tools (i.e. Omnify, Agile, TeamCenter, etc.) Experience applying agile development to systems engineering processes. Experience developing requirements from undefined customer needs. Experience as an individual technical contributor to a product component (i.e. circuit, assembly, software, etc.) Possess excellent organizational and communications skills. Able to prioritize work and maximize productivity.
