Job Overview

Radix Metasystems is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineering Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement software, analytic, and expert knowledge solutions to solve complex problems.
  • Act as the primary point of contact in program and technical exchange meetings.
  • Responsible for the organization and definition of internal interfaces.
  • Responsible for the production of system-level concepts of operations, epic and feature elaborations, and use cases.
  • Facilitate communication between software development teams and program leadership.
  • Occasional travel and off-sites to visit with customers.
  • Provide critical feedback to Radix leadership on customer trends and needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering field and a minimum of 10 years of relevant systems engineering and/or SIGINT mission experience.
  • Active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance with CI Polygraph.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or Agile Software Development.
  • Experience with interface design, documentation, and implementation.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Willingness to mentor, be mentored, and grow Radix's existing talent.
Desired Qualifications
  • SIGINT domain experience is highly desired.
  • Automated Mission Management experience with space-based systems highly desired.
  • Data Science and Python scripting experience.
  • Software Development platform knowledge (Git, Jira, Docker, Kubernetes, ElasticSearch, Kibana, Kafka, Nifi, etc.).
