We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team. As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing and procurement activities of the organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities, pricing, and quality- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and service agreements- Manage supplier relationships, including performance evaluations and ongoing communication- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance on best practices- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods and services- Implement quality management processes to ensure compliance with specifications and standards- Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement in the procurement process- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements related to procurement

Skills:- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and pricing

-Must have been responsible for at least 100M in annual purchasing spend regionally and internationally

-Develop, plan, and manage a raw material supply base which ensures the identification of items critical to the process, enhances the internal customer process, and adds value while creating competitive buying and facilitating cost/savings/reductions between internal customers/suppliers.- Proficient in contract management and supplier relationship management- Experience in category management, including sourcing strategies and supplier segmentation- Knowledge of quality management principles and practices- Familiarity with procurement management systems and tools- Understanding of supply chain logistics and supply chain management principles

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers
