We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager for a top beauty company in New York, New York. This manager must thrive in driving strategy and be willing to dive deep in the details to achieve excellence in activation. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of luxury transactional media placements (eg. non-promotional tactics), creative and has the ability to synthesize and communicate that information to different levels of stakeholders across the organization. This individual will also work side by side with CRM, site experience and brand marketing business leads to drive comprehensive 360 strategies.
- Hourly Pay Rate: $56/hour
Responsibilities:
- The manager will aid in the design and implementation of the transactional media strategy and execution for six websites.
- Lead the strategy, planning, implementation and execution of transactional media campaigns across for the D2C business: paid search, paid social and affiliate for six brands
- Coordinate with brand designers to customize creative and gain approval from global marketing partners for paid social buys
- Oversee regular reporting on all media campaigns
- Manage D2C media budget and ensure targets meet actualized spends
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in media activation and/or digital marketing
- Bachelors degree in related field
- Deep understanding of media platforms & beauty/luxury trends
- Proficiency with media metrics across paid search, social and affiliate platforms
- Attention to detail and high level of organization
- Experience managing budgets with moderate autonomy
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to effectively structure and articulate presentations
- Aptitude to thrive a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
