Job Overview

Fetch Pet Insurance is seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive customer acquisition through strategic initiatives. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that achieve targeted results, managing budgets to maximize ROI, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Manage and optimize affiliate programs, including onboarding new partners and active management of existing partners and campaigns
  • Support onboarding and optimization of additional partners and campaigns through business development teams
  • Collaborate with agency partners to ensure timely delivery and achievement of desired outcomes
  • Conduct regular campaign performance analysis and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance against targets
  • Track, analyze, and report on program performance, keeping stakeholders informed of performance wins, opportunities, and risks
  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities for growth across digital channels
  • Regularly iterate upon digital marketing efforts to improve performance against customer acquisition targets and KPIs
  • Support forecasting and budget management to ensure accurate spend and pacing
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or marketing analytics
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as GA4, PowerBI, Tableau, or other similar reporting tools
  • Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of desired outcomes
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with affiliates, agency partners, and internal teams
