Drive all aspects of the Zero Accident Culture initiative.Oversee the daily operations of the St. Louis manufacturing facility, optimizing profitability and cash flow.Improve and report on key performance indicators to senior management.Negotiate and purchase raw material each month for the site.Ensure that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained.Manage the performance of the manufacturing team and ensure that they are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.Ensure that the facility is well-maintained and that all equipment is in good working order.Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the facility operates efficiently and effectively.Continuously improve admin functions and IT systems for optimal effectivenessEnsure the talent plan is kept up to date.
