As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with our project management team to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Assist in formulating project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource distribution.
  • Track project progress, monitoring timelines, costs, and quality benchmarks.
  • Facilitate communication with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and manage essential project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
  • Identify potential project risks and challenges, propose solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Participate in project meetings, document minutes, and follow up on assigned tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations across all project sites.

Qualifications:

  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; familiarity with CMiC Cloud is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficient in utilizing project management software and other relevant applications.
