Staples Promotional Products Special Order Account Representative

Join our winning teamWhat you'll be doing: Organize daily tasks to meet crucial deadlines and customer service level agreements. Attention to detail and multi-tasking are essential. Manage complex projects which may include multiple destination shipments, kitting/fulfilment, and rush orders. Anticipate customer needs by understanding account history. Ability to problem solve issues with orders to provide the best possible solution to customer. Prepare quotes and process orders through the order entry process Create product ideation by sourcing from approved suppliers, researching industry trends and working with internal marketing and merchandising teams. Build relationships with internal teams to provide exceptional customer experience Collaborate with assigned sales rep(s) on key projects with frequent communication and gain alignment on roles and responsibilities Partner with finance team to facilitate the billing process and settle billing resolutions. May be invited to SPP's annual National Sales Meetings to explore new product offerings, keep up to date on trends and network with vendors What you bring to the table: Excellent communication skills and building customer relationships. Organizational skills with capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
