The Direct to Consumer team is actively seeking a dedicated Amazon Digital Content Specialist who possesses a profound passion for the outdoors, with a keen interest in areas such as hunting, shooting, or reloading. This role is perfect for individuals who are not only enthusiasts of outdoor activities but also possess a strong knack for ecommerce and digital marketing. As a Product Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between product offerings and the target audience, employing strategies that enhance ecommerce conversion rates and elevate the brand’s online presence. Your responsibilities will encompass the meticulous organization, development, and execution of comprehensive website merchandising plans. This includes the launch of new products, the orchestration of promotional campaigns, the initiation of brand initiatives, and timely content updates. Your strategic insight will directly influence the online consumer journey, ensuring that each touchpoint is optimized for engagement, education, and conversion. Amazon Digital Content Specialist

you will have an opportunity to: Work alongside cross-functional teams (Brand, Marketing, Product Development, etc.) to execute Amazon PDP merchandising strategies including product launches, content updates and brand initiatives. Manage product setup and continued optimization for existing products and content within Amaozn Vendor Central including editing product copy to align with brand voice and speak to consumers about directly solving needs. Closely partner with analytics team to design reporting that identifies industry trends and support data driven recommendations. Curate categories, Brand Store and Product Detail Pages that drive conversion and consumer education. Have a basic understanding of UX best practices with experience optimizing PLP, PDP, navigation, Brand Stores, filtering, etc. Be a subject matter expert to assigned product categories. Monitor changes in product sales and KPIs to recommend shifts in strategy. Utilize an Agile approach to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. You Have: 1-3 years of relevant e-commerce experience. Experienced in managing and maintaining Amazon PDP’s and Brand Stores. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with cross functional partners. Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies that can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions. Ability to navigate basic web analytics tools (ex. Amazon Vendor Central) Driven to learn with a keen eye to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Analytical and multitasking skills.
