Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate sponsors and clients
  • Deliver on individual and team revenue goals through the selling of integrated marketing packages
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans, including sales/financial performance and new product development
  • Partner with Regional Vice President to develop an annual fiscal budget for the property
  • Supervise sales team and ensure effective leverage of internal support groups
  • Recruit, manage, and train support staff, including coordinators and game day assistants
  • Develop and model a strong team-based selling culture

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience selling comprehensive integrated sports marketing partnerships
  • Ability to analyze client marketing needs and craft integrated marketing solutions
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, and performance analytics
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in hiring, developing, and promoting top sales talent
  • High energy level and strong drive for results
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills
