In 2022, The Boeing Company reaffirmed its commitment to Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) with $8 Million investment through Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF), building on the partnership initially launched in 2018. This strategic investment is meant to help the company build the pipeline of technical talent through scholarships, experiential learning opportunities, high-touch collaboration, and career pathway opportunities for students including intern and entry level hiring. Boeing Finance Internship Program has the foundation you need to jump start your career in Finance. This summer experience engages each intern in challenging and meaningful work that goes beyond the job. Opportunities are offered in a variety of disciplines including Application Development, Cybersecurity, Data Science and Business Analytics, Information Protection, Network Design, Product Management, Project Management, Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture, Systems Integration, and User Experience Design.

At Boeing Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS) you will create advanced digital and data solutions that drive the future evolution of software for the aviation industry and align with Boeing’s vision to connect, protect, and inspire the world through aerospace innovation. Our mission-critical applications enable our customers to transform and optimize the way they do business through delivering data insights and solutions to optimize all areas of the flight ecosystem and operations including safety, environmental sustainability, and efficiency. Interns in Digital Aviation Solutions have had opportunities to work with virtual reality, software development, artificial intelligence, and other software platforms.


Boeing Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) is responsible for the Maintenance of Boeing buildings and infrastructure including project implementation, construction services and employee moves. Available opportunities include:

Project Administrator / Construction Management - Receives, validates, and logs customer requests for facilities services such as construction, rearrangements, moves and asset acquisition. Meets with customers, evaluates requests, provides tactical plans, defines requirements, and identifies design options.  Planner - Compiles data from headcount projections and business plans to enable forecasting. Manages site assets cost efficiently to meet production and operational needs. In advance of production changes, oversees the development of scenarios - showing scopes, schedule, and budget alternatives. Develops and communicates proposals to stakeholders. Facilities Analyst - Receives and responds to internal and external customer requests for services or goods related to buildings, equipment and systems. Performs studies and conducts research to determine the feasibility, viability and capability of a program or project. Collects and logs data from various systems to perform analysis on buildings, equipment, systems, processes and procedures to make recommendations and implement improvements. Systems Integration Specialist - Lead technology initiatives by meeting with various business partners to gather requirements, evaluate technology solutions, support security assessments, develop implementation plans and support the deployment of various facilities technology solutions. Business Operations - Oversee and optimize various operational processes within an organization to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities may include analyzing and improving workflows, implementing strategies to enhance productivity, and presenting and providing input on business objectives. Collects, organizes, and provides data, according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of programs, customer and supplier commitments and compliance. CMO (Change Management Office) - Assist with research, planning, and implementation of strategic corporate initiatives related to change management. Assist with developing change management plans, including identifying change impacts, researching stakeholders, and conducting & analyzing surveys on transformational or complex projects.

The Boeing Business Internship Program (BBIP) – Methods Analyst offers internship opportunities for non-Engineering degrees under the Industrial Engineering organization. These opportunities span across all of our Business Units: Commercial Airplanes; Defense, Space and Security; Boeing Global Services; and Corporate. At Boeing, these roles provide you the opportunity to learn all aspects of the Aerospace Manufacturing environment and allow you to explore and learn the complete production system from supply chain production readiness, to fabrication of raw materials, assembly and installation, and supporting deliveries to our customers around the world. Candidates will be engaging with all manufacturing, engineering, and production-supporting organizations. 

Property Management -  Property Management is one of six Business Systems where compliance must be maintained by defense contractors. As an Intern in our Property Management organization you will have the unique opportunity to witness first-hand the lifecycle of Government and Boeing owned property that is accountable to some of the most exciting Government Programs across America. From Acquisition to Disposition, you may assist in maintaining first time quality through accurate record keeping, reporting, data analytics and communicating across multiple business systems. Participate in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to the Property Management lifecycle. Experiences can include reconciliation of Physical Inventory results by researching records and documents of missing property, review of contracts for terms and conditions related to Government Property requirements and conducting assessments of Property Management System health.

Boeing Manufacturing and Operations.  Boeing is looking for passionate, motivated students to join our team this summer. During this internship, you’ll work with your leader to develop assignments that expand on your current skills and enhance your professional development. 


Boeing Program Management / Integrated Planning and Scheduling (PM / IP&S). As an Intern in our Integrated Planning and Scheduling organization, you will assist in the preparation, coordination, scheduling and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to drive positive program performance. Participate in maintaining, analyzing, and producing metrics related to plans. Assist more experienced personnel with risk assessments, developing mitigation plan, and refining the business case. Experiences can include gathering, organizing, and providing data to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance, and support the coordination and communication to ensure commitment to stakeholders. PM/IP&S offers internship opportunities in several locations in Boeing Defense, Space and Security, and Boeing Global Services. 

The Boeing Business Internship Program - Quality Specialist offers opportunities to partner with and lead cross-functional business units to protect the integrity of products and processes, effectively ensuring that every product and service meets quality and regulatory requirements.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Currently an enrolled student attending a college or university with an expected graduation date after July 31, 2025 Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during the summer Current enrolled at a Historically Black College and University

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Passion for the aerospace industry and interest and enthusiasm for a career at Boeing Academic excellence (GPA of 3.0 or higher)  Previous business or related internships or work experience and/or involvement with student or civic organizations Majoring in one of the following: Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Project Management, Finance, Information Systems, International Business, International Relations, Global Studies, Finance, Political Science, Business Administration, or related field of study MBA Candidates or Masters in related disciplines preferred for strategy roles The ability to telecommute The ability to relocate and work onsite
