Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics.ResponsibilitiesThe Logistics Coordinator is the effective point of coordination between Facilities and IT Infrastructure for local projects (e.g., planning, cost eliminating, communication, escalations). Typical projects include:? Migrating or upgrading physician offices to standard Ascension Technologies standard network, telecom, and end user devices? Overseeing IT infrastructure needs for office or department moves or renovations? Managing local hardware implementation / upgrades related to systems and application upgradesThis individual ensures effective execution of tasks to keep projects on track, is detail oriented, and has a broad understanding of IT infrastructure capabilities and standards for end user, network, cabling, telecom, and telehealth devices.Functional Responsibilities? Project Coordinationo Partner with end users to document IT infrastructure requirements, clearly define project scope, and align project plans / PRJs to the required timelineo Align IT infrastructure requirements to Ascension Technologies and AMITA technical standards, and if new technology is required, develop the new requirements, and collaborate with Procurement to purchaseo Provide Ascension Technologies standard solutions that aligns with Enterprise Architecture guidelineso Develop IT infrastructure cost estimates and review with Facilities and end userso Formulate schedules in partnership with other groups (e.g., internal facility services, general contractors, subcontractors)o Share standards and set expectations with subcontractorso Attend construction meetings to stay abreast of change orders and construction constraints, updating relevant IT stakeholderso Schedule and facilitate ad-hoc and standing meeting with IT stakeholders to ensure deliverables are on target for delivery within timelineso Engage resource groups as required (e.g., Engineering, Telecom, Network, Field Service, Security), facilitating internal meetings, and opening service requests / project requestso Escalate issues as required via the approved escalation channels (e.g., RAD, Service Delivery Managers, managed service providers) to meet project timelineso Develop and implement risk mitigations to keep projects on track? Other Leadership Responsibilitieso Evaluates, designs, and/or implements process or technology changes that enhance effectiveness and/or efficiencyo Recommends technology improvement opportunities to the leadership and architecture teams for increasing IT value while decreasing cost of deliveryo Understands and applies risk management policies and procedures appropriatelyo Escalates to management (e.g., SDM, RAD) and other support / resolver groups as requiredo Provide good stewardship to resolve escalation in a timely mannerLeadership/Interpersonal Skills? Communicates and interacts effectively at various levels of the organization and partners, including senior leadership, business stakeholders, managed service providers, and technical subject matter experts? Facilitates resolution of issues through creative solutioning, open exchange of information, and viewpoints and influence; uses negotiation skills when appropriate? Instills a sense of urgency in driving assignments to completion? Writes clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles while tailoring the messaging based on audience?
