Position Details:
Location: Hybrid - On-site in our Herndon, VA officeAs our Employee Relations Manager, you will oversee aspects of employee relations and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) functions. Your key responsibilities will include:Conducting both internal and external investigationsManaging the Company HotlineDeveloping and coordinating programs to ensure effective employee relations through uniform and equitable policy applicationEnsuring legal compliance in all proceduresidentify and address employee relations issues, partnering with HR leadership to resolve them effectively.
We are looking for candidates with:
At least five (5) years of progressively responsible HR and employee relations experienceFamiliarity with EEO/OFCCP and Employment lawA strong process orientation and exceptional attention to detailThe ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, compliance-focused environmentExperience in union environments (preferred)
