Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist: Handling the entire Accounts Receivable process including entering invoices, verifying information, reconciling, and processing the payments Communicating effectively with customers on the phone and via email regarding Accounts Receivable questions Keeping the Accounts Receivable ledger up to date Preparing information for and assisting with the month-end close Updating invoices based on pricing and client information

Background Expected of the Accounts Receivable Specialist: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or experience equivalent 2+ years' experience in Accounts Receivable Ability to work in a client-facing role with written and verbal correspondence
