Conduct routine property inspections to prevent/identify problems and exposures Assemble, review, and implement operating and capital budgets Competitively bid service contracts annually and all other services as needed Manage vendors Complete monthly A/R collections Ensure lease compliance including certificates of insurance monitoring Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and governmental agency directives Assure optimal functioning of building life safety and security systems Qualifications Property Management and Commercial Real Estate industry experience required Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and as a team member Detail oriented, analytical and computer literate Computer/software skills: Yardi, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook
