Serve as a Product Owner on an Agile development team. Serve as key contributor to the design and development of SDLC product software. Responsible for the product IT roadmap that is aligned with business objectives. Research and specify new features and enhancements to existing product features. Manage projects across cross-functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules. Document the technology requirements. Coordinate with engineers, designers, and IT departments to build and release product features and capabilities. Collaborate with UX designers for the discovery and design phases of a product software feature. Create, monitor, and evaluate the impact of experiments using a combination of analytical tools and research methods. Manage the intake of enhancements to ensure completeness of problem definition and feasibility of a solution within the existing platform. Communicate with relevant parties throughout all phases of software development. Surface project risks and changes to delivery timelines. Define and track core (key performance indicators (KPIs). Champion customer and stakeholder needs throughout project execution. Ensure deliverables meet goals and objectives. Supervises a team of up to five individuals. International travel required up to 24%. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or related field, and five (5) years work experience in the job offered or in a related position managing technical programs and engineering teams. Also requires two (2) years of experience in each: (1) product and project management to develop high quality products; (2) software development (C, C#, C++, Python, PERL, MATLAB, SQL) to triage defects with developers; (3) technical management tools ADO and JIRA to oversee development progress and Agile enterprise-scale software development; (4) financial modeling to develop profitability models to drive business cases for product; and (5) visual analytics (PowerBI, QlikView, Tableau).
