Role: Senior Platform Engineer [DevSecOps]

Location: Charlotte, NC/ Hybrid


Overview:

As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure and platforms that support our applications and services. You will play a vital role in ensuring the availability, scalability, and security of our cloud-based environments and infrastructure.


Required Skills:


  • 10+ years of experience in a Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Systems Engineering, Cloud-Native Engineering, DevOps Engineering or Advocacy role
  • Expertise with containers and container orchestration, particularly Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
  • Expertise writing production code with an industry standard programming language using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong Scripting Experience
  • Expertise practicing Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code techniques.
  • Expertise managing multiple code bases in Git.
  • Expertise creating Continuous Integration builds and deployment automation, for example CI/CD Pipelines
  • Expertise building and supporting Cloud Native applications in a major public cloud.
  • Expertise implementing observability, application monitoring, and log aggregation solutions.
  • Expertise working with cross functional teams to provide DevOps inspired solutions.
