With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
Utilizes strategic sourcing methodology to develop category strategies, source, negotiate contracts and manage suppliers to deliver total cost of ownership (TCO) models, ensure speed to market, value creation and risk mitigation.
Leverages expertise in Indirect services (HR, Facilities Management Consulting, Temp Labor, T&E, Tech, etc), suppliers, and cost drivers to manage financial risk, ensure quality and service, and drive sustainability objectives.
Collaborates with other Bacardi stakeholders and departments to create synergies to drive optimal value to the organization.
Proactively works with suppliers to ensure the delivery of continuous improvement and technology which ultimately leads to a competitive advantage for Bacardi.
Serves as the primary point of contact for cross-functional partners including Human Resources, Information Technology, Supply Chain, and Quality.
Work closely with North American Leadership Team, Global Indirect Services Procurement, Procurement Finance, and Suppliers to identify cost reduction programs.
Lead cross functional teams through a sourcing and project management process to support supply management and operations objectives.
Establish and nurture relationships with key business stakeholders to identify new opportunities for cost savings and execution of long-term sourcing strategies focused measurable goals focused and continuous improvement.
