Responsibilities:

The Procurement Specialist will:

  • Uphold the Company’s Core Values: excellence, community dedication, entrepreneurship, financial responsibility, and environmental care.
  • Ensure safety and environmental compliance in all activities.
  • Manage technical requisitions and queries related to equipment, spare parts, and consumables.
  • Process and track purchase orders and changes from suppliers accurately and promptly.
  • Schedule and oversee the delivery of goods and materials.
  • Ensure timely arrival of products at the warehouse or designated locations.
  • Maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Perform additional duties as required.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills.
