**Procurement Specialist**

RICHEMONT
Richemont manages a portfolio of renowned international 'Maisons' (brands) celebrated for their unique heritage, craftsmanship, and creativity.

The Group operates across four key sectors:
Jewelry Maisons, including Cartier and Van Cleef & Arpels; Specialist Watchmakers, comprising A. Lange & Söhne, Baume & Mercier, IWC Schaffhausen, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Officine Panerai, Piaget, Roger Dubuis, and Vacheron Constantin; Online Distributors, including YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP; and Other, featuring Alfred Dunhill, Azzedine Alaïa, Chloé, Montblanc, and Peter Millar.
OVERVIEW
The Strategic Sourcing Specialist, reporting to the Strategic Sourcing Director, plays a crucial role within Richemont's Latin America Operations.

This individual will support initiatives to enhance indirect procurement and sourcing activities across the Maisons and Functions while driving savings in the region.

The Strategic Sourcing Specialist position requires a resourceful individual with strong relationship-building, self-motivation, analytical, and sourcing capabilities. This role will assist in leading regional sourcing efforts and implementing best practice purchasing principles.

The ideal candidate will create value in the region by collaborating closely with Central Procurement, internal Sourcing team members, the Maisons, and Functions.

Attention to detail will be essential while aligning with Richemont's mission and vision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the region in achieving Sourcing and Procurement objectives set by Central Procurement.
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic sourcing plans within key spending areas for Latin America, ensuring alignment with Richemont Americas' requirements on quality, delivery, and cost in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership.
- Work closely with Category Managers in Central Procurement, Richemont Americas Maisons, and Functions to implement procurement strategies, policies, and procedures formalizing sourcing activities.

Quality & Customer Service:
- Conduct RFx events, lead negotiations, and develop contracts for key initiatives in the region.
- Provide ongoing training to educate stakeholders on current compliance requirements and harmonization opportunities.
- Manage supplier performance reviews, including remediation, re-negotiations, and total cost of ownership reduction.
- Responsible for delivering cost savings and avoidance by leading the end-to-end sourcing process in the region.
- Support and cultivate a competitive advantage for Richemont Americas through best-in-class agreements.
- Identify strategic cost-saving opportunities through category analysis, spend data, and Maison and Function business requirements.
- Promote creative, value-focused sourcing strategies aligned with business needs.
- Drive procurement processes that enhance efficiency and compliance improvements.
- Collaborate across multiple business functions to streamline the procure-to-pay process cycle.

Sustainability:
- Ensure suppliers adhere to the Richemont Supplier Code of Conduct.
- Align with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and integrate them into the RFx process.
- Foster cross-functional partnerships to promote procurement guiding principles within each Maison.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:
- Degree in Procurement, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in procurement and sourcing.
- Project management skills combined with the ability to work as part of a cross-functional team; Richemont Americas operates within a matrix structure requiring collaboration across Maisons and Functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Spoken and written proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
- Detail-oriented individual, motivated in a fast-paced environment managing multiple activities; capable of working independently as well as part of a team and completing assignments within established deadlines.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency; results-oriented with a proven track record of execution; continuously striving for improvement and efficiency.
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing circumstances; comfortable working proactively in a challenging environment and capable of prioritizing tasks for prompt execution.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with the Maisons, Functions, multiple corporate levels, external contacts, and third-party partners.
- Proactively troubleshoot with the ability to gather and analyze data from various sources, interpreting results into actionable steps supported by an analytical approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to influence others and drive meaningful improvements, coupled with strong presentation skills.

This position may require periodic travel to support team members based in other locations.
