Purpose

To manage Sales Representatives while ensuring an increase in growth in sale department territories

Responsibilities:

Increase sales territory profits while managing Sales Reps to cross-sell all services
Recruitment and retention of productive, solution sales-oriented representatives
Conduct annual review of sales representatives
Manage sales budget, sales acquisition activities, sales retention activities, and sales expiration activities.
Travel to conduct business with clients and terminals is required
Analyze sales reports and forecast demand trends
Motivate and communicate effectively while driving accountability
Ability to coach and train sales representatives on new techniques, services and applications
Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Fluent English language skills required to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
Must possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Must be experience in Microsoft Office programs
Previous industry management experience, or superior sales performance, is required
Must possess problem solving and analytical ability skills
Valid Drivers License and a clean driving record required
Proven ability to constructively communicate and motivate
Ability to develop revenue growth and profit enhancement strategies

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

Heavy travel is required
Weekend and evening entertainment required
