Bizowie, a rapidly growing cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions provider, is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Enterprise Sales Professional to execute all aspects of our new business pipeline.
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled sales professional to join our team as an Enterprise Sales Professional. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential customer companies
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer business requirements and identify opportunities to provide value
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and implementation teams, to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Develop and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals to potential customers
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring timely and effective implementation of our ERP solutions
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study, or 5+ years of sales experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and a focus on results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and a focus on delivering results
