• Support program managers, in a wide variety of functional areas as they deliver in-person or live-virtual content to Stanford students, Alumni and the greater entrepreneurial community. • Support program managers as they design, plan, implement, and coordinate customized events. • Perform a variety of back-office tasks such as vendor agreements for facilities, food or other event related vendors, assist with expense reimbursements, requirements, and reporting. • Support live-virtual delivery sessions on zoom (manage break out rooms, monitor attendance, etc.) • Support on campus program delivery (set up classroom ahead of program, clean up classroom after program, staff registration desk, walk participants to venues on campus, monitor attendance in classroom, manage program collateral, etc.)

A successful Program Coordinator on our team is someone who enjoys having a variety of projects in motion at the same time, possesses strong attention to detail, takes the initiative in assisting colleagues, and remains committed to building their communication and cultural competency skills, including the ability to inclusively interact with people across cultures. Reporting to the Director, Product and Programs, this role works closely with program managers. The role interacts with a variety of Stanford students, alumni, faculty, clients, and stakeholders at many organizational levels, and must maintain a customer focused approach and positive attitude.
