Key Responsibilities

  • Program Management
    • Assist with in-depth employee onboarding and integration into the company culture
    • Coordinate executive and leadership off-sites and meetings
    • Manage projects, including budgets, timelines, and stakeholders, to ensure successful completion
    • Develop and implement procedures to foster excellent communication and productivity
  • HR Operations
    • Manage company-wide HR-related communications and announcements
    • Utilize creative and standard methods to create procedures that optimize productivity and employee engagement
    • Ensure alignment across various teams and support executives with operations as needed
  • Project Coordination
    • Create presentation items, such as PowerPoint slides, emails, and other communications, to keep internal and external stakeholders informed
    • Manage and update internal systems and dashboards, updating HR data and running reports
    • Create employee surveys, polls, and quizzes to measure engagement and satisfaction

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in managing C-level projects and HR/program management
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Experience in early-stage and larger tech industries, with ability to work across teams
  • Training in formal project management (PMP certification preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and SharePoint

Compensation

$120K - $160K base salary range, with bonuses and excellent benefits.
