The Position:

As a Key Accounts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering long-term relationships within the designated market segments, including Hospitality, Academic Housing, Senior Living, and Military Housing. The primary focus of this role is to manage existing key accounts and contracts, and strategically expand our market share by identifying and cultivating relationships with other potential large-volume accounts.

About You:

You have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in sales with a focus on key account management and market expansion. Experience in B2B sales within the specified market segments is highly desirable (Hospitality, Academic Housing, Senior Living, and Military Housing). You can establish rapport with clients and are passionate about building and maintaining strong relationships. You are skilled in use of CRM (Salesforce) and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. You are willing and able to travel as necessary to meet with key accounts and attend industry events.
