Under the direction of the Providers and Physician & Provider Services Practice Administrator, the Medical Office Patient Service Associate performs all front office duties including answering the telephone, scheduling patient appointments, performing check-in and check-out functions which includes collecting insurance information, collecting payments, and maintaining patient medical records.This individual works hand-in-hand with the Providers and Physician and Provider Services Practice Administrator to achieve quality outcomes for the patient.

Friday Only

7:30 am - 3:00 pm

HS Diploma required

Front desk/clerical experience preferred
