What Youll Do:
In this role, the Client Success Manager (CSM) will strive to understand client goals and outcomes through ongoing data collection and feedback analysis. The CSM will turn this data into onboarding, retention, and expansion strategies and provide the voice of the customer input to aid in refining the product roadmap. This role will involve all aspects of client implementations, ongoing support, client training and education, and more. As excellent client experience is a core value of the company, all CHAMP team members look to client services and success for input across all critical decisions.
- Collaborate with new business development team to effectively onboard and implement new client relationships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate
- Clearly define client goals and expected outcomes by collaborating with key stakeholders
- Manage and relay client feedback to product team for continuous product improvements
- Identify and foster growth opportunities to expand your book of business
- Lead regular check ins and business reviews with assigned clients to drive progress and demonstrate ROI
- Collaborate with new business development team to support renewals and expansions
- Provide recommendations for improving department processes and strategies
- Become and industry expert to lead your clients through complexities in the industry
What Were Looking For:
Experience:
- 3+ years of client success or account/relationship management experience
- Proven track record of working in a client-facing role
- Prefer B-to-B experience but not required
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not essential
- Experience working with and managing, stakeholders and clients
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
- A high level of organization and attention to detail is required
- Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Flexible approach, ability to operate effectively amid uncertainty and change
- Driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships both internally and with clients
