About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Proofpoint. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Identify and mitigate potential renewal risks, working closely with internal teams to ensure successful renewals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing expert guidance on how to maximize the value of our security solutions.
  • Conduct regular health checks and executive reviews to assess customer health and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in our products and processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in customer success, cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in quota-carrying account management or customer success management.
  • A deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry and the challenges faced by our customers.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
