About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Proofpoint. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of approximately 60-80 customers, including commercial ownership for renewal
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and executive sponsors post-initial sale
  • Identify renewal risk and collaborate with internal teams to remediate and ensure a successful renewal
  • Advise customers on how to manage our solution to achieve full business value
  • Conduct periodic executive reviews and health checks to assess customer health and define adoption strategies
Requirements
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS technology environment
  • Experience working within cybersecurity is a huge plus
  • Quota-carrying account or customer success management experience
  • Understanding of multiple sectors, including legal, financial, and professional services
