Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Proofpoint. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities- Own a portfolio of approximately 60-80 customers, including commercial ownership for renewal
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and executive sponsors post-initial sale
- Identify renewal risk and collaborate with internal teams to remediate and ensure a successful renewal
- Advise customers on how to manage our solution to achieve full business value
- Conduct periodic executive reviews and health checks to assess customer health and define adoption strategies
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS technology environment
- Experience working within cybersecurity is a huge plus
- Quota-carrying account or customer success management experience
- Understanding of multiple sectors, including legal, financial, and professional services
