AutoStore seeks a Resourceful Executive Assistant to support our Executive Management Team. If you excel at coordinating travel arrangements, managing calendars, and providing essential administrative assistance, this role is tailor-made for you. In this role, you'll manage complex schedules, ensure seamless logistics, and efficiently handle various tasks. We're seeking someone with strong multitasking abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving approach. Work location: This role will be at our North American headquarters in Salem, NH. Key Tasks: Manage and organize calendars Book meetings internally and externally Coordinate travel and logistics as required Coordinate visits for partners, customers, and other external stakeholders that involve our Executives attendance Collaborate across teams on activities and initiatives internally and externally Provide administrative support Handle ad hoc tasks as required Other responsibilities based on the Managements preferences and needs Key Qualifications: Minimum three years experience in a similar role, working closely with Executives Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for calendar management and email correspondence Strong multitasking skills and meticulous attention to detail, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally Hands-on mentality with adaptability to navigate challenges and changes effectively Capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail and accuracy Bonus Qualifications: Bachelors degree in administration, business administration, project management, or equivalent Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint We Offer: A creative, safe and solid workplace in a business experiencing huge growth Norways first unicorn company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange A company culture where we recognize and applaud everyones contributions in making decisions Competitive benefits and compensation including 401k plan with employer match and discretionary profit contribution Flexible time off and 12 paid company holidays In AutoStore we value flexibility, and we offer a worldwide 60/40 remote working policy for all roles that can be performed remotely Applications are processed on an ongoing basis, so don't wait, apply now to start your journey with us Recruitment Agencies AutoStore does not accept agency resumes or assistance.
