Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Health Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving census development and market penetration in the home health industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a market plan to ensure high admissions for our Home Health team
  • Cultivate strong relationships with referral hospital personnel, surgeons/physicians, medical groups, and other healthcare partners
  • Assist in developing a market plan using data to aid in defining and meeting goals
  • Identify, create, maintain records and follow-up on all relevant contacts and influencers of referrals in an assigned territory
  • Assess patient referrals to facilitate the admission process between the discharging hospital and the receiving Alumus entity
  • Provide education to prospective referral sources, patients, and family members on Alumus services, explain what to expect and answer any other questions about the referral, care delivery, and discharge processes
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B healthcare sales and business marketing required
  • Knowledge and understanding of post-acute services including Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF), Home Health, and/or Hospice preferred
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance meeting minimum State requirements
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Class 1 Fingerprint Card or ability to obtain one
  • High School or GED equivalent required
