is a licensed nurse responsible for managing the day-to-day healthcare operations of the assigned communities to ensure residents’ healthcare needs are met. This role ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and that quality care is provided as residents’ healthcare needs change. The specialist supervises licensed nurses and other direct care team members within the community, strengthens clinical processes until a replacement is identified, and supports the newly assigned Health Services Director. This position requires travel within the organization to manage vacant positions, startup communities, and cover for vacations/leave of absence. Wage:

110K Qualifications: Must be a Licensed Vocational or Registered Nurse holding a valid California nursing license in good standing. Prefer four (4) years of experience working in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE). Prefer three (3) years of experience supervising and managing employees. Must have a valid Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) license. Able to effectively teach/train staff. Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.). Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
