About the Role:

The Regional Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to corporate and legal offices in San Francisco. This role requires a professional and friendly demeanor, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls, forwarding voice-mails, and greeting guests
  • Ensuring site common areas are well-stocked and maintained
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail/packages
  • Fulfilling scan/print requests according to instructions
  • Maintaining the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Consistently adhering to business procedure guidelines

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in customer service
  • Comfortable supporting multiple offices in San Francisco
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Customer Service/Hospitality/Retail background preferred
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
  • Lifting up to 55 pounds
