Regional Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
The Regional Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced office environment. This role will involve handling a variety of tasks and projects, including reception, hospitality, mail room, and copy center duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to clients and colleagues
- Answer calls, forward voice-mails, and greet guests
- Ensure site common areas are well-stocked and maintained
- Process incoming and outgoing mail/packages
- Fulfill scan/print requests according to instructions
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Customer Service/Hospitality/Retail background preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
- Lifting up to 55 pounds
