POSTION SUMMARY:

We are currently seeking a Front Desk Manager to join our team. As the Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests are greeted warmly and checked in efficiently, while providing the best guest experience to ensure that they remain content and satisfied. In addition, you will manage, lead and train the front office staff, as well as monitor inventory supplies.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.); Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree, preferred.
  • 4 years minimum hotel or resort experience, required. Timeshare industry experience preferred. Combination of education and experience considered.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule includes weekend and holidays.
  • Hotel operation experience and knowledgeable about yield rate management. Must also be familiar with the daily operations of the front office, including room reservations.
  • Outgoing personality and excellent service orientation.
  • Ability to effectively lead a team of 5 or more associates.
