Insight Global Risk Management and Insurance Manager - Arlington, Tennessee
A Client/Employer in Memphis, TN is looking for a Risk Management & Insurance Manager. This individual will work on the treasury team and be responsible for developing insurance programs and handling claims primarily with commercial property and casualty insurance programs. Additional responsibilities include:
Managing renewals of lines of property and casualty coverage
Preparing underwriting submissions for each insurance placement
Evaluating finance structures to optimize total cost of risk
Ensuring accurate insurance and loss budgeting, reserving, and reporting with both internal and external resources
Assisting in the development of claims handling and reporting policies
Managing insurance brokers, loss prevention consultants, and TPA's
Reviewing contracts for insurance and indemnity requirements
Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, risk management, or related field
3+ years of experience with commercial property and casualty insurance programs
Strong analytics skills, good communication, and presentation skills
Strong knowledge in Finance/Treasury MBA
ARM, CRM, CPCU or other insurance certifications
