What you'll do Build out shipments within our Transportation Management System (TMS) Track shipments, and when needed, contact carriers via phone and email to ensure the status of shipments are accurately communicated to relevant stakeholders and updated in the TMS Call customer facilities to set and confirm appointments for pickups and deliveries Obtain and upload all required shipment documents and paperwork into the TMS Monitor the Logistics email queue and respond to requests promptly, utilizing excellent written communication skills Proactively communicate issues to the appropriate Felux team to ensure problems are resolved quickly and impact is minimized Provide top-notch customer service to our Commercial Sales team to ensure they are receiving all the relevant information and updates they need What you'll bring Strong detail-orientation and organizational skills Reliability, with the ability and interest to learn new things quickly and follow standard operating procedures with little to no supervision A task and outcome focus, with a customer service mindset and a cooperative attitude A strong communicator (both written and verbal) with a pleasant, professional phone manner A collaborative, team-over-self approach Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to multitask under pressure and deliver work to a high standard of excellence A willingness to go the extra mile to deliver the best experience, at times working outside core business hours when needed Nice-to-have:
