Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage shipping and receiving operations
  • Operate material handling equipment, including tow motors and hand pallet jacks
  • Interpret and follow work orders, procedures, and instructions
  • Accurately pull materials based on job specifications and maintain precise inventory records
  • Package materials for shipment according to customer or management guidelines
  • Conduct inventory verification and manage material placement within the inventory system
  • Utilize computer systems for shipping logistics, including UPS, FedEx, and international shipping processes
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse shipping and receiving
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required
  • Ability to operate a tow motor, with certification preferred
  • Proficient in reading and understanding work orders
  • Capable of lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Computer literacy, particularly with shipping software and logistics systems
  • Physical capability to bend, squat, kneel, push, and pull materials
  • Comfortable with extended periods of standing and walking throughout the workday
  • Ability to handle stressful situations effectively
  • Strong team player with reliability and confidentiality
