  • Inspire and lead the team to deliver outstanding service consistently.
  • Conduct respectful and high-quality cremation services (training will be provided).
  • Plan and coordinate driver routes for efficient pick-ups and returns.
  • Act as the primary contact for all driver-related communications through various channels.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail while assisting multiple families, ensuring services are delivered without errors.
  • Monitor driver movements to ensure timely pick-ups and returns.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from customers and veterinary staff, providing comprehensive support.
  • Assist in keeping the crematory facility and company vehicles clean and presentable.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate with compassion and professionalism.
  • Valid Driver's License and a clean motor vehicle record.
  • Must successfully pass a drug test and background check.
  • Physical capability to lift at least 75lbs without assistance.
  • Possess a cell phone capable of calling, texting, and using GPS applications.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong customer service focus, committed to delivering error-free services.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation: $20-22 per hour
