Essential Job Functions

Oversees and develops marketing content and campaigns for a variety of department programs to different audiences, while maintaining a consistent message Leads and manages all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities and efforts for the department Develops, manages, and measures results for annual marketing plans to include achievement of sales goals for meal plans, retail, residential experiences and catering Acts as a primary liaison and builds relationships with other university departments to enhance services provided by the department Develops, leverages and researches marketing platforms that may be used to promote services offered to customers Oversees, evaluates, reviews and reports on all marketing activities and results and makes recommendations to support future department marketing efforts Maintains JWU standards in print and online formats and educates the university on its continuing use Maintains customer satisfaction by resolving customer concerns relating to food safety and foodborne illnesses, as needed Monitors the departmental budget Supervises and manages student employees, as necessary, to enhance their academic and professional development Performs other duties as assigned Required Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor's degree Moderate amount of experience working in food service marketing or other related experience Ability to work evenings and weekends
